Browser saved passwords: keep or delete?
Saved passwords are convenient but risky on shared or poorly secured machines.
Quick checklist
- On shared devices: do not save passwords.
- On your own device: use a password manager; browser vault is still a target.
- Disable auto-fill for payments on shared devices.
- Clear stored cards and addresses if you don’t control the machine.
- Keep the browser updated.
- Use separate profiles for work/personal.
